Tommy Griffin

Tommy’s contributions to FV are vast and varied after a career in management, sales, and wholesale distribution. His leadership skills and commitment to people drive his success at FV Recycling. His responsibilities include driver recruiting and training, leading baler sales, repair, maintenance, installation, and DOT safety and driver compliance.

A bulldog through and through, Tommy is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Before coming to FV, he owned and operated his 54-year-old family business, Griffin Egg Co., served as Senior Sales Representative for Novo Nordisk, and was Vice President of All Brands Refreshments.

Tommy is also a U.S. Army Veteran, where he served our country as an Operations Officer in Baghdad, Iraq, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonial after 29 years of service.

He prioritizes lending a helping hand to his community and church and regularly volunteers in both arenas. He currently serves as a nursery volunteer at Venture Church, where he also served as an Elder. He has held leadership positions with Extra Table, the Mississippi Automatic Merchandisers Association, and the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board.
